- TIPS
My career started as a freelance makeup artist in 2017. I went to both makeup and cosmetology school in California and received my diploma in makeup artistry and California State Cosmetology license. In 2018, I was recognised and honored with a Los Angeles Film Award for Best Makeup for one of the short films that I worked on as a Key Makeup Artist.
I am still new to the film industry but I continue to follow my passion and try to improve my skills every day.

- Believe in your craft, you should not compare yourself to others. It is a very competitive field and can get overwhelmed easily but try to focus on what you can do and think positive.
- Knowing makeup products and skin types is very important as a makeup artist. Study all skin types and what products would be the best for your clients.
- Practice makeup on your self or a mannequin head a lot or ask your friends to be a makeup model and try to build your portfolio.
