As an inspiring entrepreneur who still works a 9-5 normally my days are pretty hectic but as my brand OCHAIR is in such a competitive industry, I know that there is always new trends/competition around the corner, so I always have to stay on top of things.
OCHAIR aims to give every woman a chance to share their unique beauty.

Perfecting my brand whilst also continuously building on my USP.
Part of this process includes me looking at my competitors, doing market research, and trying constantly to understand what my target market is looking for.
Ensuring I build on the relationship that I have with my suppliers so each package is sent out promptly.
PM
At least once a week I write down one way I can get more customers from either the website or social media then I try to implement that.
Reply to inquiries from potential customers.
Build some social media content

- In business, some days are going to be quite challenging and you’re most likely not going to get a lot of support, but on days like that, you need to remember your initial commitment. If your values are shallow your victories will be empty.
- Write down how you can stand out – why should people shop with you, what sets you apart from the rest.
- Complete a detailed business plan – you need to know what you’re working towards otherwise it will be very hard for you to grow especially when you’re trying to sell a product or service in an already competitive market.
