Coming from a background of being a session musician, I’ve always had a love for music, as well as wanting to know how the Music Industry works, whether that’s being a drummer, an Artist Liaison, Artist Manager, and now Tour Manager, working my way around has allowed me to do so. It has also allowed me to work with artists such as Neyo, Wizkid, D Block Europe, Young MA, KTrap to name a few.
AM
In the mornings I would normally look over the itinerary (Tours Plan/Day Sheet) making sure I have a point of contact number ready for the day. I would call certain members of the tour party to ensure they are running on a good time especially with flights and making sure they make the call time for the tour bus!
PM
Afternoons/Evening mainly consists of arriving at the venue making sure parking, dressing rooms and security checks. After soundcheck, I would normally prepare any last minute changes to the setlist and print them out ready for stage time.
